Whipping Post

Whipping Post // was born out of a need for a case for owner Ryan Barr's 1971 Gibson Hummingbird. Through years of travel and playing, the guitar developed a wonderful patina. Ryan couldn't find any accessories that really matched the beauty of a well played instrument, so instead started Whipping Post. Ryan modesly began by developing guitar straps in his laundry room and eventually landed a gig at a major leather company. This is where he learned about quality production. The company product line is growing and plan to offer new products that will appeal to guitarists and non-guitarists alike.
